The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) in the Workplace module will introduce participants to the basic principles of supporting people and their identities in the workplace. Whether you work in leasing, design, employee services, facilities, technology, sustainability, safety and security, or in another capacity - considering people’s identities and how they intersect with your work will help you increase employee productivity and wellbeing, as well as help to attract and retain top talent.

Additionally, this module will support you to create and advance DEIB in your organization and start to realize the amazing benefits that a happy diverse team can bring. If DEIB belongs exclusively to Human Resources in your workplace, chances are you are not seeing many advancements. This module aims to expand how we think about DEIB and introduce how it belongs not just to HR, but to all of us.
